Organize your month, get out of expensive debt and build your emergency fund (Brazil)

A step-by-step method for anyone who wants to put their financial life in order without a complicated spreadsheet or jargon. Built for people in Brazil: the rules, rates, taxes and government programs it uses are Brazilian (amounts in reais). The AI makes a real diagnosis of income, spending and debts, attacks the most expensive debt first (revolving credit card debt and overdraft), calculates the emergency fund in months of costs and closes a monthly plan in reais, with the actions for the next 30 days. On first use it asks about your profile (type of income, priority, payoff style) and adapts the path. The knowledge base holds the numbers and rules that a generic AI tends to get wrong, each file with a source and a validity date (reference: September and October 2026): Selic, poupança savings, income tax and IOF, FGC deposit guarantee, Tesouro Selic, caps on revolving credit and overdraft, Desenrola and over-indebtedness. It explains categories for keeping money, never a bank or a product. It is financial education: it is not professional advice, does not recommend investments, does not file income tax returns and does not build portfolios.

Before and after
Same request, two answers. On the left, the AI on its own; on the right, with Personal Finance connected.
I earn R$ 4,000 net, I have R$ 3,000 in revolving credit card debt and R$ 2,000 saved in poupança. What do I do first?
“The ideal is to balance both. Pay at least the minimum on the bill so you don't end up blacklisted and keep your emergency fund in poupança, which yields 0.5% a month. Gradually cut unnecessary spending and pay off the debt.”
“Heads up: this is financial education, not professional advice. Revolving credit first, and don't pay only the minimum. In August 2026 the average revolving rate was 444.9% a year, about 15% a month (Central Bank of Brazil): your R$ 3,000 costs about R$ 450 in interest a month, while the R$ 2,000 in poupança earns about R$ 13 (0.5% + TR, about 0.67% a month). Use R$ 1,500 of the poupança now and keep R$ 500 for surprises. The remaining R$ 1,500 can only stay in revolving credit until the next bill; after that it becomes an installment plan (average of 192.1% a year). If you can, pay everything off on the next bill; if not, compare the CET of the installment plan with that of a personal loan. Under Lei 14.690/2023, interest and charges on revolving credit and installment plans cannot exceed 100% of the original amount. Once the card is paid off, rebuild the emergency fund at R$ 400 a month. Check the rate on your bill.”
